WARRANTY
As part of the improvement and innovation process, products can be transformed and modified. The manufacturer reserves the right to make modifications, without prior notice, to the machines displayed on this website, catalogues, rates, instruction manuals and other documentation.
You have rights established by law that are in no way limited by our warranty.
The equipment manufactured by OSORIO CONSTRUCCIONES MECÁNICAS S.L. They have a warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase, demonstrable by means of sales invoice. The buyer must keep the original invoice as proof of purchase for any claim.
Consumables and parts exposed to wear and tear due to continued use are excluded from the warranty.
Returns of non-defective, non-standard material manufactured under the customer’s drawing or instructions will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for damage caused by disassembly, assembly or improper use. Indeed, we are not responsible for damages caused by uses other than those described in the instruction manuals of each equipment or derived from modifications made without the written approval of OSORIO CONSTRUCCIONES MECÁNICAS S.L. Unauthorized manipulation of the equipment invalidates the possible warranty.
We are not responsible for damage caused by the use of unofficial parts, worn parts and accessories, as well as overloading, improper treatment and wear and tear.
CHECK ON RECEPTION
Upon receipt of the equipment, the buyer must check the following:
- The machine and/or products correspond to the specifications of your order.
- The merchandise has not suffered any damage during transport.
- Proceed to visually inspect the item before starting to use it.
IF YOU NOTICE ANY DEFECTS, CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER IMMEDIATELY.
DO NOT PERFORM DIAGNOSES WITH THIRD PARTIES OR REPAIRS ON YOUR OWN, THIS WOULD INVALIDATE THE WARRANTY.
IF THE BUYER IS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT, THE BUYER HAS 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE/RECEPTION OF THE PRODUCT, PROVEN BY SALES INVOICE/PROOF OF DELIVERY FROM THE CARRIER, TO RETURN THE SAME. THE SHIPPING OF SUCH RETURN WILL BE PAID BY BUYER.
THE RETURN OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT WILL BE MADE ONCE THE EQUIPMENT IS RECEIVED BY OSORIO CONSTRUCCIONES MECÁNICAS S.L., AND THE GOOD CONDITION AND NO ALTERATION OF THE MACHINE AND ALL ITS COMPONENTS AND ACCESSORIES IS CHECKED.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE/RECEPTION OF THE PRODUCT.
WARRANTY PROCESSING
For claims, send the original invoice with the details of your claim to info@temeca.com. Please do not send the machine without our prior authorization. Occasionally, it may be necessary to display the serial number plate of the equipment or other components.
Upon receiving your claim, the manufacturer will proceed to carry out checks to determine the origin of the fault and determine if it is a manufacturing defect.
If, in fact, it is a manufacturing defect, the manufacturer will choose the most efficient way to repair the equipment. If possible, the fault will be resolved remotely. Otherwise, the merchandise will be sent to the manufacturer’s facilities for inspection.
To avoid damage during transportation, please keep the original packaging. Damage caused by incorrect or insufficient packaging of the equipment will be borne by the buyer.
Once we receive the machine, we will proceed to analyze the failure and inform you of the decision of our technicians. The warranty exclusively covers defective parts and manufacturing defects. Depending on the case, defective parts will be repaired or replaced by others. In the event of damage that cannot be resolved by replacing parts, the product will be replaced.
If no fault is detected in the technical evaluation, the guarantee will not be processed. The buyer, under his/her responsibility, will collect the product and cover the transportation costs.
Repair or replacement of the equipment will not start a new warranty period.
